Misak Tivriktsyan

Misak Tivriktsyan has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Misak started their career as an Office Administrator at Pico Union Neighborhood Council in 2016. In 2017, they joined IT Creations, Inc as a Server Technician, where they gained extensive knowledge in building custom servers and configuring operating systems. Misak then worked at Fashion Nova as an IT Technician, managing and supporting various devices and software. Misak joined MasterClass in 2021 and held the role of IT Support Specialist, where they were responsible for OneLogin administration, G Suite management, and creating documentation. Misak later became a Senior IT Support Technician at MasterClass, taking on additional responsibilities such as serving as an escalation point for tier 1 technicians and driving automation initiatives.

Misak Tivriktsyan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology from California State University, Northridge, between 2014 and 2020. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Minor in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from 2018 to 2020. In addition, Misak has obtained various certifications, including the Python 3 Course from Codecademy in March 2023, the CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP Stackable Certification, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in November 2022 and June 2022 respectively. Misak also earned the BetterCloud Certified Administrator certification from BetterCloud in December 2021, the Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English certification from Jamf in November 2021, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
