Sindhu Pagadala

Sindhu Pagadala has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sindhu is currently working at MasterClass as a Manager of Business Operations and Strategy, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Associate in the same department from March to June 2022, and an Associate from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining MasterClass, Sindhu worked at Soko Glam from 2018 to 2020. In this company, they held the roles of Senior Analyst and Analyst in BizOps and Strategy. Sindhu played a crucial role in launching the luxury DTC beauty brand, Then I Met You, managing strategic and operational initiatives including P&L management, product development, customer experience, supply chain, and financial analysis.

Sindhu's earlier work experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney from 2017 to 2018. Sindhu also worked as a Summer Analyst in Corporate Finance at General Motors in 2016, and as a Summer Analyst in Research at CB Insights in 2015.

Sindhu Pagadala pursued their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2017. Sindhu attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in Systems Engineering.
