Melissa Riccio-Herselman

Melissa Riccio-Herselman is a seasoned professional in business strategy and talent acquisition with significant experience in the biotechnology and IT staffing industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Operations for TQS and Precision Medicine at Genmab since February 2019, Melissa previously held the position of Senior Global Talent Acquisition at the same company. Prior to Genmab, Melissa worked at Johnson & Johnson as part of the Global Talent Acquisition team focused on Pharma R&D Oncology/Hematology. Additionally, Melissa spent nearly a decade at DIVERSANT, LLC, where roles progressed from Senior Technical Recruiter to Senior Director of National Accounts.
