Westin Leavitt currently serves in Enterprise Retention and Customer Success at MasterClass since February 2023. Prior to this role, Westin held various positions at Lucid from February 2018 to July 2022, including Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Customer Success for North America, as well as roles focused on enterprise and scale customer success. Earlier experience includes product operations positions at Zenefits, a brief stint in global sales and strategy at Merit Medical Systems, and a role in business advisory services at EY. Westin is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, expected to complete in May 2024, and holds a BA in Chinese Language with a minor in Business Strategy from Brigham Young University.
