Tony Mendez

Tony leads the initiative to forecast and evaluate risks and identifies procedures to avoid or minimize their impact. Tony has spent most of his career successfully leading safety and health initiatives and has a genuine love for the hospitality industry.

Born in Guatemala, Tony grew up in California. Before entering the hospitality industry, Tony developed an interest in safety while serving in the US Navy. He is an avid soccer (football) fan and enjoys swimming.
