Principal Engineer - Innovation at MasterCraft Boat

Chad Lynema has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chad began their career at General Motors in 2000 as a Design Release Engineer for chassis components, where they were responsible for the design and development of cradles and suspensions for mid-sized cars. Chad then transitioned to the role of Vehicle Assembly Engineer, where they focused on improving quality performance in manufacturing and utilized quality tools to enhance scores. As a Design Engineer, Chad played a key role in conceiving and modeling side impact door absorbers for small car programs. Chad later became a Vehicle Performance Engineer, leading teams in the development of NVH properties for various vehicle platforms. In their final role at General Motors, Chad served as a Vehicle Performance Integration Team Lead, overseeing the development of the next generation mid-sized crossover and validating NVH subsystem technical requirements. Chad joined MasterCraft Boat Company in 2014, initially serving as a Lead Design Engineer before becoming the Principal Engineer - Innovation.

Chad Lynema has a diverse education history. Chad completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University from 1996 to 2000. Chad then pursued a Master of Science degree in Integrated Vehicle Systems Engineering at Purdue University from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Chad earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
