Randy Sheppard

Randy Sheppard has a strong background in the environmental health and safety field, with over 35 years of experience. Randy is currently the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at MasterCraft Boat Company since August 2022. Prior to that, Randy worked at Mastercraft Boats as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer from November 2013 to November 2022. Randy also held the role of Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Sea Ray Boats from 1987 to October 2013, where they had oversight of environmental health and occupational safety for multiple locations. Randy's responsibilities included conducting training, investigations, assessments, and interacting with production employees.

Randy Sheppard obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Hazardous Material Technology from Eastern Florida State College.
