Brian Fox

Brian Fox currently serves as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Operations at Masters Gallery Foods, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held several key positions including Plant Director at Johnsonville and Plant Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. From 2017 to 2022, Brian was the Sr. Director at Darigold, overseeing the Sunnyside Site and the Ingredient Division. Brian's extensive career at ConAgra Brands spanned nearly 20 years, where responsibilities included managing multiple manufacturing plants and large teams, while also holding various plant management roles. In early career positions, Brian gained experience at Foremost Farms USA. Brian earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
