Bryan Hoerr has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Bryan started at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in 1993, where they served as a Store Director and played a key role in opening new supercenters and implementing cost controls. Bryan then joined Circuit City in 1997 as a Store Director, where they successfully increased sales revenue and achieved the #1 rank in sales. Since 2001, Bryan has been with Masterson Staffing Solutions, initially serving as Safety Manager and later progressing to Vice President and eventually Executive Vice President. During their time at Masterson, they implemented changes that resulted in significant revenue growth and expanded the business from 13 to 36 offices in five states. Bryan's diverse experience and skill sets have prepared him for their current position.

Bryan Hoerr attended Midland College from 1984 to 1985, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Bryan did not obtain a degree during this time. Bryan also attended the Intense School of IT Training, where they obtained Microsoft Certifications in an unspecified field of study. In addition, they hold certifications from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP.
