Kailey Harz

Kailey Harz has diverse experience in management, event planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Recruiting & Onboarding Manager and HR Manager at Masterworks, a marketing and fundraising agency, since March 2022, Kailey also holds the position of Community Events Director at Smile Big TX, where strategic development and community outreach initiatives are prioritized. Prior roles include FOH, Catering, & Events Manager at Drunken Oyster, and Executive Assistant & Volunteer/Project Manager at Cornerstone Church Amarillo, where project organization and pandemic protocol development were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Retreat Speaker and Team Activities Instructor at SCRIPTURE UNION (NORTHERN IRELAND), and a Patient Care Technician at BSA Health System, where compassionate patient care was emphasized. Kailey also worked as a Professional Bridal Stylist at David's Bridal, focusing on client consultation and support. Education includes training from Rhema Bible Training College.
