Michael Guay

Michael Guay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Recruiting, Onboarding & Engagement at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. since March 2021, Michael focuses on fostering a diverse workforce and enhancing employee retention through innovative incentive programs. Prior to this role, Michael spent over eleven years at Walt Disney World, where leadership included managing product and employee experience for a multi-channel contact center with over 3,000 staff members, as well as overseeing labor planning and analysis for 2,000 employees. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
