Katherine Reid

Katherine Reid serves as the Director of Private Sales at Masterworks.io since April 2022, focusing on deaccession strategy and private sales operations, including seven-figure fine art sales. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Business Development at LiveArt.io, and holding various leadership roles at Sotheby's from January 2016 to August 2021, such as VP of Private Sales Digital & Business Strategy and VP Chief of Staff & Business Director for the Art & Objects Division. Previous positions also include work at Art Agency, Partners, Christie's, Cicognani Kalla Architects PC, and an internship at Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. Katherine holds an M.A. in French from Middlebury College, and a B.A. in American Studies from Skidmore College, with additional studies in French and Government.
