Katie Amendola

Katie Amendola, PHR, currently serves as Manager of Talent & People Operations at Masterworks, where responsibilities include talent acquisition and people management within an art investment platform. Prior to this role, Katie has held various positions across multiple organizations, including serving as an Undergraduate Supplemental Instructor at the University of Vermont, and as a compliance and valuations intern at Cerberus Capital Management. Relevant experience also encompasses digital marketing internships at BootstrapVT and HUGO BOSS, where Katie focused on campaign strategies and influencer management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Vermont, complemented by study abroad experiences in German and Art History at Freie Universität Berlin.
