Ashley Anderson

Ashley Anderson has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as K-8 Principal at Mastery Schools since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing a team of 25 direct reports and a budget exceeding $130K. Previously, Ashley held the position of Assistant Principal, School Leader, Coach, and Trainer at Pastorius Mastery Charter School, focusing on academic performance and equity. Prior experience includes serving as Teacher Leader, Coach, and Trainer at Hardy Williams Academy, where curriculum implementation and teacher development were prioritized, and as an Elementary Literacy Teacher at the same academy, achieving notable literacy gains with trauma-informed teaching methods.
