Ashley Baldwin

Ashley Baldwin is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience, currently serving as the Chief Academic Officer at Mastery Schools since September 2014, where a progressive career path includes roles such as Regional Schools Officer, Thomas Elementary Principal, and Deputy Chief Academic Officer - STEM. Prior experience includes serving as the Dean of Students at Young Scholars Kenderton Charter School Inc. and a 6-8 Grade Math Teacher at Lady Liberty Academy Charter School. Ashley has held leadership positions on the Board of Greenwoods Charter Schools and facilitated at the Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders' Summer Institute. A recognized speaker at conferences, contributions to educational discourse include presentations at the NCTM Regional Conference and the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey Conference. Ashley Baldwin is pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Pennsylvania, holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor's from Georgetown University, and completed a fellowship at the Yale School of Management. Studies at Harvard Divinity School are also ongoing.
