Jayson Graham

Jayson Graham is an experienced professional in the executive search and recruiting industry, currently serving as Operating Partner at Masthead Partners since May 2022, where the focus is on providing a relationship-driven approach amidst a transactional market. As Co-Founder of West Bank Golf Club since January 2022, Jayson contributed to the establishment of Downtown Cleveland's first indoor golf simulator and sports bar. Previous roles include Vice President at Stiles Associates, Partner and Practice Leader at Capstone Search Advisors, and Senior Search Consultant at Alliance Search Solutions, which was recognized as a Best in Staffing Winner in 2016. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baldwin Wallace University and is an alumnus of Elyria Catholic High School.
