Pia Samuelsen has extensive experience in production leadership, having worked at Mastiff since August 1999 in various roles including Produktionschef and Overordnet produktionsleder under multiple directors, including Kristian Farcin-Leth and Mads Ulrich Holmstrup. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Feltwave/Wave and Freeport Film a.s., as well as freelance work for several production companies, contributing to projects such as the NGO Social Summit and quiz programs. Pia Samuelsen's career began at Kanal 2, transitioning from Produktionsassistent to Produktionsleder and has included education as a certified coach and master teacher trained by FAF/Kanal 2.
