Mika Hayashi is a Business Partner at Mastiff LLC since 2002. Prior to that, Mika worked at Activision for over a decade, excelling as an Executive Producer and COO Worldwide Studios. With a background in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver, Mika's expertise lies in leading internal and external teams to successfully produce high-quality video games, while also managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time.
