Mitel Kuliner

Mitel Kuliner possesses extensive experience in wireless mobile and network security, currently serving at Mastodon Design LLC since 2016. In addition to a role as an adjunct faculty member in Networking and Computing Security at Rochester Institute of Technology, Mitel has held significant engineering positions at Harris RF Communications, where responsibilities included MANET, DSP, and FPGA work, as well as network security architecture for LTE and 4G-Small Cells. Previous positions included roles at Harris Corporation Microwave Division, Intermec by Honeywell, Fluid Air, and Chicago Condenser, focusing on embedded systems, communications engineering, and digital signal processing. Educational background includes studies at the Illinois Institute of Technology and New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
