James A.

James A. currently serves as Vice President of Berries at Mastronardi Produce and holds the position of Business Development Director for Berries. As the Founder and CEO of Ag Incotech since June 2018, James A. leads a team focused on advancing food production through innovative Controlled Environment Agriculture facilities. In addition, James A. is President and Shareholder of Ag Berry Corp, which operates a state-of-the-art cultivation facility in Panama to tackle challenges in hot and humid climates. As a Shareholder at Pina Hills, James A. contributes to the cultivation and distribution of premium pineapples across Europe and North America. Previous experience includes a Shareholder role at Tropigold Fruits, specializing in the global supply of tropical fruits, and directorial positions focused on sustainable agricultural practices from November 2012 to December 2014 and from March 2003 to December 2011. Earlier career experience includes a role as Head of Sales at Piper Private Equity.
