Wendy Durand is an accomplished food safety and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Supplier Food Safety Manager at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. since September 2017, Wendy oversees safety vendor approval processes and addresses critical food safety and quality issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior roles include Supplier Verification Program Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Sol Cuisine, where Wendy led the implementation of GFSI standards and developed comprehensive quality assurance protocols.
