Majed Alhajry

Majed Alhajry has been working in the technology industry since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a software development consultant and trainer at Jitawi Center, where they developed multiple web-based and desktop systems and applications, provided IT related consultations, and offered training courses for ASP. In 2007, they worked as a J2ME Games Developer at MaysalwardR&D (MRD), where they developed localized apps and games for the Middle East region, maintained and enhanced a portable J2ME application engine, and built a complex pseudo-math library for J2ME handsets. In 2008, they worked as a Systems Developer at Kulacom, where they developed, maintained, integrated, and administered the company's applications including CRM, customer service ticketing system, billing and CMS. In 2013, they worked as the Founder of SuperBeam, a top peer-to-peer file-sharing app with over 10 million downloads and an excellent rating. SuperBeam was acquired by LiveQoS Inc. that same year. At LiveQoS, Majed worked as a Senior Software Engineer and then a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented cross-region fast file transfer infrastructure, continued development and maintenance of SuperBeam app, and designed, implemented, and managed new products and applications. Since 2017, Majed has been the CTO and Technical Team Lead at MASV, where they develop the technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals, discovers, manages, and implements the technological roadmap that yields competitive advantage, and works directly with partners and service providers to evaluate and deploy technology alternatives. Majed also manages a team of developers and assigns tasks and responsibilities.

Majed Alhajry obtained a BSc. in Computer Sciences from Jami'at Al Al-Bayt between 2003 and 2007. Majed then went on to pursue a MSc. in Information and Computer Science at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM between 2010 and 2014, although they only partially fulfilled the degree.
