Alan Guyatt

Alan Guyatt is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing the MAT HD plant in Rome, GA, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alan served as Kaizen Manager at F&P Georgia from May 2018 to August 2022. Alan has extensive experience in quality management, having worked as Corporate Quality Manager at Racemark International from December 2014 to April 2018, where oversight included quality operations at the Calhoun facility and coordination with European facilities. Alan also held multiple managerial positions at F&P Georgia, including Plant Manager and Senior Manager of Quality, directing extensive teams and responsibilities in production, safety, and budget development. Alan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
