Srinivasa Vara Prasad Vangala has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Srinivasa Vara Prasad began their career as the MIS/EDP In Charge - Systems Analyst at Pioneer Group of Industries in 1989. After that, they joined Amara Raja Group in 1995, where they held various roles such as Information Technology Manager and later Head of IT Operations. During their time at Amara Raja Group, they were responsible for implementing IT infrastructure, leading IT strategy and roadmaps, and establishing data centers and backup and disaster recovery processes.

In 2006, Srinivasa joined Rockwell Automation as the Manager IT - India, where they focused on delivering value-driven IT services and was part of the senior leadership team. Srinivasa Vara Prasad then became the Manager IT Projects - Asia Pacific, responsible for IT initiatives in the region.

Currently, Srinivasa is working for MAT Holdings, Inc. Srinivasa Vara Prasad started as the Group Head IT - India in 2014, leading IT efforts for various companies within the MAT Group. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director IT - Asia Pacific.

Throughout their career, Srinivasa has played a pivotal role in digital transformation, establishing IT shared services, and driving global IT consolidation initiatives. Srinivasa Vara Prasad has a strong background in IT strategy, IT governance, and implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions.

Srinivasa Vara Prasad Vangala's education history is as follows:

From 1986 to 1989, they attended Sri Venkateswara University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

In 1990 to 1991, Vangala studied at APPC Institute and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) with a focus on Information Technology.

Between 1996 and 1999, they pursued an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University, specializing in Information Systems.

In 2012 to 2013, Vangala attended the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, where they completed a program in Strategic Management (APSM).

Furthermore, in 2011, they acquired a certification as a Certified Process Professional from The BPM Group.
