Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. is a community health center. We are dedicated to helping every patient receive the care they need, regardless of their ability to pay. 

Our model of care includes family medicine, women's health services, dental care and behavioral health care. We offer early-morning and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of work schedules and daily routines.  

Most importantly, our services are here to help individuals who may be underinsured or uninsured. Our sliding payment scale provides a discount on health services for qualifying patients, based on family size and income.

The Healthcare Services team at Mat-Su Health Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and behavioral care to our community. The team, including a Rehab Services Coordinator, Clinician, Physician Assistant Family Medicine, and the Director of Behavioral Health, works collaboratively to deliver family medicine, women's health, dental care, and behavioral health services. They ensure each patient receives quality care, leveraging a sliding payment scale to make services accessible for underinsured or uninsured individuals.
