Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker has over a decade of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Andrew has worked for Matador Resources Company since 2016, starting as a Senior Geologist and later becoming the Vice President of Geology. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Geosciences. Before joining Matador Resources, Andrew worked for Whiting Petroleum Corporation for eight years as a Geologist. Their primary interests there included carbonate sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy. During their time at Whiting Petroleum, they were involved in various activities ranging from exploration to reservoir management.

Andrew Parker's education history begins with their enrollment at Texas Christian University in 2001. Andrew pursued a field of study in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences, although no specific degree is provided for this period. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
