Braden Hrencher

Braden Hrencher is a skilled geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Staff Geologist and MaxCom Coordinator at Matador Resources Company since December 2018. Hrencher has held multiple roles within the company, progressing from Geologist to Senior Geologist. Prior experience includes a geologist position at Indian Oil Co. LLC and a geophysics internship at Devon Energy, where geophysical evaluation of the Wolfcamp formations was conducted. Notable early career roles include Oil Well Relief Pumper and Greaser in a prior position and participation in well site geology apprenticeship work. Hrencher holds a Master's degree in Geophysics/Geology from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Geology from Fort Hays State University.
