Rob MacAlik

Rob Macalik began their work experience in 2002 as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked until 2012. Rob then joined Pioneer Natural Resources Company as the Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting from 2012 to 2014, and later served as the Corporate Controller from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Macalik became the EVP and CAO at Matador Resources Company.

Rob Macalik attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Accounting with a minor in History. During that time, they also enrolled in the Texas McCombs School of Business to obtain a Master's in Professional Accounting, focusing on Accounting and History.
