Trey Goodwin

Vice President Of Land Operations at Matador Resources

Trey Goodwin has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Trey started their career at USA Weightlifting, where they served as an athlete and participated in various competitions and trials. After that, they joined Halliburton as a Drilling Fluids Engineer in both the Arkoma Basin and Anadarko Basin. Trey then worked at Performance Operating as a Landman in the Mississippi Lime region before moving to Southwestern Energy as a Landman in the Appalachian Basin. Currently, Trey holds the position of Vice President of Land Operations at Matador Resources Company, where they were previously the Area Land Manager in the Delaware Basin and a Senior Landman.

Trey Goodwin attended The University of Tulsa from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Energy Management. Prior to that, they studied at Oklahoma State University from 2005 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business and Management.
