Willow Schmeling

Willow Schmeling is a Production Analyst at Matador Resources Company since June 2023. Previously, Willow served as a Summer Camp Counselor and Lifeguard at LAKEWOOD RESIDENTS CLUB INC from April 2014 to August 2018. Willow earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in 2023.
