Wayne Cohen

Wayne Cohen is a seasoned legal professional serving as the Founding Partner and Trial Attorney at Cohen & Cohen, PC since August 1993. In addition to this role, Wayne founded Matador Solutions, LLC in August 2015, where Wayne holds the position of Chairman of the Board and serves as an Angel Investor. Wayne also contributes to legal education as an Associate Professorial Lecturer of Law focusing on Trial Skills at George Washington University School of Law since 1993, and briefly served as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University School of Law in early 2017. Previously, Wayne founded and served as General Counsel for Capital Reporting Company from November 2004 to May 2015. Wayne's academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law (1991) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan (1988).
