Mario Rio is an IT Service Delivery Head at Matahari Department Store Tbk, where they lead a team focused on e-commerce and IT production support. They graduated from Trisakti University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and began their career at PT Telkom Indonesia, later working at Mitsubishi Motors and various banks, including PT Bank BTPN and BTPN Syariah. Throughout their career, Mario has gained extensive experience in IT service management, network operations, and project management across multiple industries. They are dedicated to enhancing their skills and delivering high-quality IT services.
