Julian Hodge

Julian Hodge is an experienced professional in the field of customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Contact Centre Outsource Manager at Matalan since July 2022, Julian oversees the relationship with a South African outsourcing partner, focusing on service optimization and cost management while facilitating the transition of customer services from Bulgaria to Durban. Prior to this role, Julian worked at QVC from February 2016 to June 2022 as an Operations/Shift Manager, leading teams of up to 14 Team Leaders and managing a workforce of approximately 450 across 24/7 operations. Julian's career also includes a position as Customer Service Leader at Home Retail Group PLC from July 2007 to January 2016.
