Kerry Panter

Kerry Panter currently serves as the Regional Manager for the South East at Matalan, overseeing the implementation of the Retail and Omni-channel Transformation Strategy. Previously, Kerry held the position of Head of Transformation and Change at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities included delivering transformation strategies and managing complex change with multiple senior stakeholders. Kerry also served as Head of Central Operations at Marks and Spencer, managing a significant £1 billion resource budget and driving operational excellence. Early legal experience includes mini pupillages at Trinity Chambers, No 6 Chambers, and Parklane Plowden Chambers, focusing on Labor and Employment Law. Educational qualifications include a BPTC from the University of Northumbria Law School, a Law Degree, and an Outstanding qualification for Professional Bar Skills.
