Tom Palombella has extensive experience in supply chain and operational management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Network Planning at Matalan since November 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Operational Development - Global Fulfilment at THG from January 2021 to November 2022 and was the Head of Group Supply Chain at Science in Sport from January 2020 to January 2021. Tom's earlier roles include Head of Outbound Operations and Senior Operations Manager at The Hut Group, and Operations Manager for Direct to Customer (Dropship) Operations at John Lewis. Tom's educational background includes a BND in IT Practitioner from Riverside College, completed in January 2008, and studies at The Bankfield School from 2001 to 2006.
