Abhishek Joshi

Abhishek Joshi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Abhishek most recently worked as the Head of Project Management at Matangi Industries LLP since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of General Project Manager at Fairfax India Holdings Corp from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Fairfax India Holdings Corp, Abhishek worked at Tata Projects as a Senior Project Manager for nearly five years, from July 2017 to March 2022. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of projects, including planning, monitoring, and controlling processes.

Abhishek also gained experience at Arabian Industries LLC, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer from July 2013 to June 2017. In this role, they successfully delivered industrial/EPC projects and managed overall program and project budgets.

Prior to that, Abhishek worked at Essar Projects as a Deputy Project Manager, handling various projects related to ammonia plants and chemical units. Abhishek started their career at Positive Metering Pumps & Systems as a Manager Projects, managing and coordinating multiple projects in specialized dosing solution plants and pressure equipment.

Abhishek's first job was as a Project Field Engineer at Mint Biofuels Ltd, where they played a role in setting up a bio-diesel production plant.

Abhishek Joshi has a diverse education history spanning over several years. Abhishek began their education in 2004 at Pune University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2008. In the same year, they also completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from KKW College of Engineering, Pune University, India.

In 2011, Abhishek pursued further education and completed two Post Graduate Diplomas. The first one was in Process and Equipment Design from INDUS Integrated Technology Solution USA, and the second one was in Piping and Design from Indus Integrated Technology Solution USA.

In 2016, Abhishek enrolled in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Continuing their education at the same institution, they completed another MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services between 2018 and 2020.

In 2020, Abhishek took a certificate program in Construction Project Management Development Program (CPMDP) from Tata Projects Knowledge Academy.

In terms of additional certifications, Abhishek has achieved various qualifications. In 2007, they obtained a certificate in Chem Cadd from CP CB Company Mumbai. In 2011, they completed certifications in Piping and Design from I GATE, Bangalore, as well as Process and Equipment Design from IGATE, Bangalore. Moreover, they obtained a certification in Project Management using the tool Primavera P6 from CAdd Centre in 2012. Most recently, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2023.
