John Foutz

John Foutz has worked as a Manager of Distribution Engineering at Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to that, they were an Electric Utility Manager at the City of Seward Electric Department from March 2009 to May 2020. In 2006, they worked as a Library Office Systems Student Assistant at California State University, Chico from August to December.

John Foutz attended California State University, Chico from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
