Sheri Ann Cheng has diverse experience in the field of education and data management. Sheri Ann began their career in 2001 as an Algebra Teacher at East Boston High School. From there, they worked at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School as a Science & Engineering Teacher and later as the Director of Technology, where they oversaw technology implementation and data reporting. Sheri Ann then joined Uncommon Schools as a Data Analyst, providing support for student information systems. In 2012, they became the Editor in Chief at EdTech Times, coordinating day-to-day operations and developing strategic partnerships. Sheri Ann also served as the Digital Communications Manager at The Boston Cecilia. At Gradeable, they worked as the Director of Customer Success & Analytics, managing user support and analyzing behavior data. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (S.M.) degree in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 1999 to 2001. Sheri Ann'sundergraduate education was also completed at MIT, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (S.B.) degree in Ocean Engineering from 1995 to 1999.
