Joe Ciesla

Joe Ciesla serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tinder, where he oversees the top grossing app's financial, accounting, investment and business analytics functions.

Before his time at Tinder, Joe held a similar position at OkCupid. He has also led strategic development efforts and mergers and acquisitions for Match Group through its parent company, Interactive Corporation (IAC), where he completed 17 acquisitions and investments totaling approximately $1 billion in enterprise value. Previously, Joe held a variety of positions operating, advising and investing in companies across the technology industry.

Joe earned his Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude in Economics from Harvard College. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.
