Katie Dugan has extensive experience in labor and employment law, currently serving as Vice President & Senior Counsel at Match Group, where responsibilities include leading global labor and employment initiatives. Previously, Katie held various roles at Yext, including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel focused on global employment matters. At Mattel, Inc., Katie advanced from Employment Attorney to Director, Senior Counsel, overseeing global employment, ethics, and compliance. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as an Employment Litigation & Counseling Attorney at Klein Zelman Rothermel LLP and as an Employment Law & Litigation Associate at Genova Burns LLC. Education includes ongoing studies at Cornell University and attendance at Seton Hall University School of Law.
