Mike Hornby-Smith

Mike Hornby-Smith is the CTO of Plenty Of Fish at Match Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategy at CHC Helicopter from February 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they led a team that delivered numerous projects, including a Maintenance Planning Strategy & Standard Operating Procedures, a Supply Chain Repair Strategy & Analytics, and a Maintenance & Supply Chain Business Intelligence. Mike has also worked on a Global Maintenance Manpower Strategy, a Consignment Stock & Surplus Strategy, and a Flight Hour Forecasting Strategy and Analytics.

Mike Hornby-Smith holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
