Carla Heras

Carla Heras currently serves as the Event Delivery and Operations Lead for F1 Madrid at MATCH Hospitality, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Carla accumulated extensive experience over 13 years at DO & CO AG, where titles included Head of Operations for F1 Paddock Club, Client Relations, and Learning and Development Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Bechic Catering, and as a translator for Spanish and French at Styl and Snaff. Carla began her career with an internship at Wasabi Comunicación in executive account management. Educational background includes a degree in Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas y Marketing from ESIC.
