Kim Lewis has a strong background in client services and account management. Kim began their career at Cavalia as a Tour Services Coordinator in 2006. In 2007, they joined LAUNCH! as a National Account Manager and later became an Account Director. Since 2017, Kim has been working at Match Retail, where they started as a Director of Client Services and currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Services.

Kim Lewis completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2006-2007. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, Kim earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the same university.
