Teri Kerkman

Teri Kerkman, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Services at RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. since April 2018, following a role as Vice President of Operations. Prior to RTI/CMA, Teri held the position of Director of Community Association Management at RealManage and managed the Plaza at Turtle Creek Residences Association as General Manager. Teri’s experience in community association management includes portfolio management roles at SBB Management Company and FirstService Residential Texas. Teri's earlier career involved a range of sales and financial roles, including Vice President of Sales & Training at Levitin Group and Financial Consultant at Smith Barney. Teri's extensive expertise spans over three decades, focusing on community management, sales training, and financial consultancy.
