Nikita Rathi is currently working at Matchbook AI as an Associate Project Manager, where Nikita creates project objectives, budgets, and schedules with senior project manager oversight and delegates tasks to ensure project delivery. Prior to that, Nikita held positions at Infosys BPM as a PMO Process Lead, Infosys as a Sap access team member, and at Amazon Development Center as an HRO.
