Henk Adam

Henk Adam has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

At Matchcare, they worked as a Strategisch adviseur arbeidsmarkt / New Business Manager since August 2018. Henk was responsible for creating sustainable and attractive organizations where employees actively participated in and took responsibility for their own career development and mobility. Henk was also a member of the management team and in charge of cooperation with partners, key accounts, and innovation of software solutions for employers, education, and the social domain.

Prior to Matchcare, Henk Adam worked as a Manager Loopbaanbureau from September 2014 to August 2018. In this role, they led a team of career coaches and trainers and was responsible for the product/service portfolio. Henk also managed the network of associates and had budget responsibilities.

Before that, they worked as a Business Manager from January 2010 to August 2014, where they served as a program manager and maintained relationships with clients for large projects related to talent development, talent management, and reorganizations.

Their first role at Matchcare was as a Sr. Consultant from September 2000 to December 2009.

Prior to their experience at Matchcare, Henk Adam worked at Sociaal Fonds Bouwnijverheid as a Projectleider Internet from 1998 to 2000.

Henk Adam's education history includes several institutions and fields of study. In terms of higher education, Henk attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Bedrijfs Economie. In 2000, they also briefly attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, studying E-commerce. Additionally, Henk completed a program in Bedrijfskundig HRM at NCOI Opleidingen in 2006-2007. In 2011, they participated in a training program called Trainer kernkwaliteiten at Core Quality. Henk's most recent educational endeavor was at School voor Zijnsoriëntatie, where they underwent Zijnstraining/Leraren opleiding from 2013 to 2021.
