Jan Tornfeldt is the CEO and Founder of MatchMaker, a position held since September 2008. Prior to this role, Jan Tornfeldt served as CEO at Promando A/S, formerly MatchMaker A/S, from 1992 to September 2008. With expertise in executive search, recruitment, outplacement, organizational audits, and the development of leaders and organizations, Jan Tornfeldt has established a significant presence in the business sector. Jan Tornfeldt holds a degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, earned between 1982 and 1987.
