Aiko Wiegand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aiko is the Co-Founder & CEO of Matchory, a cloud-based supplier search engine that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate global sourcing for professional buyers. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Director of Operations at 7AM, an automated e-commerce procurement company that caters to small and medium-sized online brands. Aiko also worked as a Project Manager at View Displays, where they were involved in the development of new display technology for real video communication. Aiko gained experience in project management and research and development as an Intern at Daimler AG, where they were responsible for tracking and controlling deviating components in the production line. Aiko began their career as an Intern at EvoBus.

Aiko Wiegand began their education journey in 2011 when they enrolled in Linköping University for an exchange semester in Industrial Engineering. Aiko then further pursued their studies at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they earned their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Fachrichtung Maschinenbau/Industrial Engineering from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2014, Aiko briefly attended the Graduate Business Program at San Diego State University.
