Nikhil Kishore

Nikhil Kishore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nikhil began their career in 2008 as an MBA Summer Intern at Middle Earth Consultants, where they worked on developing an executive training program on employment law. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an Assistant Resident Manager at Humming Bird Suites Private Limited, where they were responsible for implementing end-to-end business processes and managing human resource activities for the hospitality business.

In 2010, Nikhil joined The Mark Boulevard as a Reservation/Revenue Management Executive, where they managed the daily operations of the Reservation department and maintained good working relationships with co-workers and travel agents. Nikhil then transitioned to National Systems Consulting, Dallas TX/Bangalore as a US IT Recruiter, handling the entire recruitment process and managing candidate-client relationships.

In 2012, Nikhil joined InfoVisionHQ as a Resource Development Manager, responsible for managing resources and developing strategies for the company. Lastly, they are currently working at MatchPoint Solutions, where they started as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2016 and has now been promoted to Team Lead-Talent Acquisition.

Throughout their career, Nikhil has demonstrated strong skills in talent acquisition, resource management, and customer service.

Nikhil Kishore completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, attending from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended K. V old cantt from 2000 to 2002, completing their +2 degree in Arts. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource from Icfai Hyderabad, attending from 2007 to 2009.
