Martyn Wickens

Martyn Wickens has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Martyn started their career at Wine Trade, where they worked as an importer and key account manager. Martyn then moved on to The RGCC, where they served as an operations director for events and catering. Martyn went on to work at David Lloyd Leisure, where they managed F&B operations and ran business development activities. Next, they joined Invicta Leisure as the group head of marketing & sales, overseeing marketing, sales, and pre-opening campaigns for health, fitness, tennis, and golf clubs. In 2005, Martyn joined Hudson Global Resources as a business development manager in Ukraine. Following that, they joined Pedersen & Partners - Executive Search, where they held various roles, including country manager Poland. Martyn then worked as a consultant principal at Buell Talent Executive Search before joining Matchtech as the head of technical search practice, focusing on senior engineering and leadership roles. Throughout their career, Martyn has worked across various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, energy, infrastructure, and maritime recruitment.

Martyn Wickens has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Aberystwyth University.
